Welcome Reception
Monday, June 25, 5 pm – 7 pm
@ the Grand Hall on the 5th floor of the Kimmel Center for University Life
We will welcome all registrants attending the Conference to the Reception: workshop applicants, accompanying persons, exhibitors, or conference attendees. You can explore the conference venue and enjoy ice-breaking activities with newcomers. We will offer Hors d’Oeuvres (finger foods) and refreshments.

Award Luncheon
Wednesday, June 26, 11:30 am – 1 pm
@ Rosenthal Pavilion on the 10th floor of the Kimmel Center for University Life
The awards will be selected based on their originality and technical significance in the field of robotics, according to the review scores by the Conference Editorial Board (CEB) and the Award Committee, as well as the presentation scores evaluated by the award committee. Winners will be presented with a certificate and a cash prize of $500 for the Best Paper Award, $300 for the Best Application Paper Award, $200 for the Best Poster Award, and KRW 500,000 for the Best Student Paper Award. The next UR will be introduced after the ceremony. Lunch boxes will be provided during the Award Ceremony.

Conference Banquet

– Nearest subway station: Smith-9 Sts (F, G Lines). It is 1894 yards away, 23 min walk.
– Bus lines stop: Van Dyke St/Richards St (B61 line). It is 105 yards away, 2 min walk.
– The best way to get the venue is using Uber or other car sharing services.
The banquet will be a good opportunity for social networking and enjoying fine cuisine. The banquet will kick off with cocktail reception at 6 pm. Dinner will be served at 7 pm. Regular registrants are invited to attend the banquet. Additional banquet tickets are available for purchase at $150 until April 30, due to the limited number of seats. The restaurant is located 6 miles (10 km) away from the venue. It takes about 30 minutes by car to get there, but this time is subject to change due to traffic jams. Chartered buses will be provided only for the return journey after the banquet at 9:30 pm.
