Registration
The registration system will be open in April. Please read the information below carefully before proceeding with registration, and note that it will take considerable time for any payment changes or credit card cancellations.
At least one author of an accepted paper is requested to pay the registration fee by April 30 for inclusion in the Technical Program. The conference registration fee is to pay for each paper. If you have more than one paper, you will need to choose the additional paper fee at US$250 per paper. If your final manuscript exceeds 6 pages, you will need to pay an additional page charge of US$150 per page.
The member registration fee applies to members of the Korea Robotics Society (KROS), IEEE, the Robotics Society of Japan (RSJ), and the Chinese Institute of Measurement Technology in Mechanical Engineering (CIMTME).
Regular conference fees include reception, coffee breaks, banquet, electronic proceedings, and technical tour during the conference.
Student conference fees include reception, coffee breaks, electronic proceedings, and technical tour during the conference.
Please note that the banquet will be provided only to Regular Conference registrants. Students can purchase a banquet by April 30. For your financial convenience, students can choose the fee plus banquet. Additional banquets are also available for purchase by that date.
Workshop fee include reception and coffee breaks during the workshop.

Cancellation Policy
No refunds will be issued unless a written request for cancellation is received after May 31, 2024. All refunds are subject to a 50% cancellation fee prior to May 31. Appropriate refunds will be processed after the conference.
