Entrance Process for Venue Access

NYU requires strict security checks for visitor entry, including conference attendees. To enter the Kimmel Center, attendees must obtain temporary visiting permission sponsored by NYU hosts and wear their name badge throughout the conference. In any case, it is advisable to bring a photo ID such as a passport or driver’s license to access campus buildings. Please carefully read the entrance process below to avoid long queues.

Registered Attendees
We will provide NYU with a list of pre-registered attendees beforehand. NYU staff will identify your name at the entrance of the Kimmel Center and hand over a registration kit shortly, including a name badge.

On-site Registrants
You will be asked to fill out your name and email at the entrance, pay via online, and pick up a registration kit. It is advisable to pre-register online here at least 7 days prior to your arrival, to reduce time at the registration desk.
