Call for Volunteers

The 21st International Conference on Ubiquitous Robots (UR 2024) will be held at the Kimmel Center for University Life in NYU, Manhattan, New York, USA, from June 24 to 27, 2024. The organizers are seeking volunteers who can assist with technical sessions and registration operations during the conference.

Assignments:
1. Technical Session (5 people): Check AV equipment functionality and assist speakers on stage.
2. Registration Operation (2 people): Provide hospitality at the registration desk.
* Detailed task assignments will be announced in the pre-meeting.

Requirements:
1. Attendance at the Volunteer Pre-Meeting: Sunday, June 23, 3 pm – 5 pm
  @ Kimmel Center for University Life in NYU (it is subject to change the time and the place).
2. Working days and hours: Mon to Wed, June 24 – 26, 8:30 am to 6 pm (3 days in a row).

Benefits:
You can choose one of the following options:
• If you are presenting at the conference, the registration fee will be waived, and you’ll be invited to the banquet on the evening of Wed, June 26.
• If you are not presenting, you will receive a compensation of US$600 for the 3 days.
